Zerillo Law's Lawsuit Against Accused Murderer Detailed In Portland Press Herald Article
Zerillo Law brought a 2007 lawsuit against now-accused double murderer Rory Holland, on behalf of his former girfriend and our client, alleging abuse and terrorization by him on our client. Protection from Abuse Case Dismissed
I am pleased to report the dismissal of a Protection from Abuse case against my client on June 19, 2009 in Portland. The allegation involved charges of physical and mental abuse by my Client, which we felt were fabricated. Ultimately, we were able to get the Protection from Abuse case dismissed in its entirety.

Providing a Place for Minors to Consume Alcohol Charge is Filed
I was able to achieve a filing for my client in Oxford County today on the charge of Providing a Place for Minors to Consume Liquor. A filing means that if my client has no new criminal conduct in the next year, that her case will be dismissed. --Tim

Amy Robidas Gets Drunk Driving Charge Dismissed
Congrats to Amy Robidas, Associate Attorney at ZERILLO LAW, LLC, who successfully got a OUI no complainted. The blood alcohol volume was .15, nearly twice the legal limit. --Tim
